More PRIZES and sponsors!

If you’ve been following us for a while, you’d know by now that we LOVE seeing local legends from around Western Sydney get behind the local creative scene. Well, we’ve got a few more to share with you all!

This year’s festival is fast approaching and we’re pinching ourselves over the great wins that we’ve all had in recent months, and what lies ahead for the Western Sydney film scene.

We’ve got some final additions to our sponsor list and we're SUPER excited about this year's $10K prize haul – did you see our first prizes announcement? We’ve got the full list of awards & prizes up on our website too, for those of you who are curious about the LOOT this year’s filmmakers will be taking home!

It’s always great to have the support of our community and the organisations that throw their impact behind Made in the West are so important to us – they fuel us and keep us going.

Better yet, they recognise the value of stories that are being told right here in Western Sydney – some of the gutsiest, ball busting, hilarious and heart breaking stories being told by short film makers in Australia today.

From all of us here at SSP, we'd like to say a HUGE thank you to our 2022 sponsors for showing their support for Western Sydney filmmakers!

And these final two are particularly close to our heart…
